ANNOUNCEMENT: EUROPEANA FOUNDATION

The Europeana Foundation is collecting material from across Europe about World War I (1914-1918), including the Armenian Legion. Those who have photographs, letters, calendars, documents, postcards, souvenirs, uniforms, medals or any other objects related to this period or those who know stories and narrations, are invited to share them with the whole world.

On the weekend of 1 and 2 December 2012, between 10:00 -17:30 at the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture (27, Iphigenias str., Strovolos), these stories will be recorded and the objects will be photographed and returned to you immediately.

The contribution of our community to this programme is important and all those who can help should participate. The participants will receive honourary diplomas.
